Last i Checked Rhino Needs Even Ground for a good Rush down?

Only Chance Team 2 has is Midnighters Doors.

But i can see team 1 overcoming it.

I thought Gambit would be a game changer..

What can Gambit do in this battle?

Wow, 3 great earth manipulators on one team. Can someone say city wide sand burial?

If Gambit hit Sandman, it might take him out for a bit. If Toph throw rocks at him he could dodge and counter attack and he could help slow down Gaara's sand attacks?

How can Gambit come close to Gaara or Toph?

Gaara can pretty much float and be protected by his sand while attacking.

Team 1

Gaara teaches Sandman how to use his powers and kill team 2 while Toph relax at a corner and drink tea.

Toph beats Team 2 with all the rocks around before Garra can make enough sand for a petty attack.

Without BFR I don't see what they can do to sandman in this scenario. Gaaras only issue will be midnighters doors, don't know enough about Toph to really say how she wins but she seems pretty powerful. Team one will probably take this.

I don't know jack about Midnighter, but Gaara can take Gambit and Rhino alone..Gaara's sand shields have tanked Deidara's explosives, so the Cajun isn't doing anything here. And Rhino? Gaara just sinks him below the earth like he did Kimimaro.

Gaara and gambit I think would be the key player for both team , gaara focusing on his ultimate defense technique to protect him and his teammate , gambit otherwise focusing ond attacking , gambit actually is the wild card here , he can control his card wherever he want it to be , and for speed , I think his card is a better weapon than any kind of sand attack.

But I will vote for team one , gaara shield is almost unbreakable in this battle I think

team two would be unable to counter sand coffin, which leads to sand funeral, which leads to team two being liquefied by garra

Gaara would just grab Sandman and use him to kill team 1. Midnighter is the only one who could last at all, but he eventually goes down and has no way of getting through Gaara's Ultimate Defense.

Toph doesn't ''throw rocks'' the girl shift and hurl boulders

and Gaara sand has stop a city bursting bomb with almost no sigh of problems

Rhino is really useless here and Gambit isn't going to make much of a difference. That leaves Midnighter,who definitely can't take this by basically himself. So team 1 takes this.

I could see Gaara soloing and Toph soloing. Put them together with sandman and you get the most wide scale and powerful earth coffin ever.

Toph its unable to control sand. Actually, Sandman and Gaara are no help for Toph since she can't earth bend if her feet are on sand.

@ghostravage: She can actualky. She even made a miniature Ba Sing Se out of sand with very precise detail. She just can't do sand anywhere near as well as rock. And Gaara can easily keep his sand out of her way.

She became a master Sand Bender by the end of Book 3.

Really? Besides the sand castle, what did she do with sand?

@pooty: She said she was working on it and now she is at a decent level in sand bending and can see even when on the beach. And Note I didn't say sand coffin I said earth coffin because while garra and sandman bend the sand she would bend the earth and metal

Here she raises SOFT SAND from the beach floor and turn it to rock!

She held a castle size Library for 15 minuets in the sof desert sand, this was when she sucked at sand bending.

By Book 3 she says she been working on it and mastered it, then makes the highly detailed City in the Beach Sand with a foot stomp.

She can bend sand and does it well.

Couldn't Midnighter actually blitz them?

Not really. Blitz Sandman? He is made of Sand. Garra has a Hyper sonic Sand Shield that auto blocks for him. Toph is the only Blitzable one. Even then it is a hell of a starting distance and she reacts to 400 FPS arrows fast enough. She even kind of sees in slow motion with her senses as the show shows it.

I have seen scans of Midnighter beating speeders before they were able to react; I honestly don't see anyone in the Naruto or Avatar Universe being at this level of speed. Reacting to arrows in flight is very unimpressive compared to what most street levelers are capable of doing.

Yet, people with legitimate superhuman speed haven't been able to register his presence during a blitz.

Gaara has 3 layers of defense, 2 are passive and one is activated.

Fist line is Sand Sphere/Ball - Needs to be activated

The Gourd's Sand - Passive

Sand Shell - Passive.

@nick_hero22: My argument that she has a form of precog on these people. instead of she can't react to the blitz, its more along the lines of the blitz never happens in the first place.

The time it takes the vibration to reach her and her brain to process that and then issue a response, Midnight would have most likely killer her based off what I have seen speed-wise. A freaking speedster was completely defense-less against Midnighter's speed.

I found some scans showcasing his speed against some speedsters. I think we should call in @buckshot to help shed some light on Midnighter's speed and reflexes.

@nick_hero22: I still see no proof he is Travel Speed Blitzing the team. You showed close quarter combat speed and a speed burst. Nothing to suggest Toph cannot counter from the vast starting distance.

In the Show whenever we see in Toph's "Vision"

Watch from :20-:45 of Toph vs the Boulder. He is moving and stomping at a fast pace, yet to her senses it is in a slower motion. Then skip to 1:50 - 2:05 where Toph shows that she reacts faster than these skilled Eartbenders.

With the huge Starting Distance there is nothing Midnghter speed feats suggest he can close to distance before she can react.

Added to this is Garra's automatic defenses and Sandman being made of Sand.

Midnighter's speed is useless here.
