Spiderman vs The Gorgon and Kaine vs Ultimate Green Goblin are the Semi's for sure. Gorgon vs Kaine for finals and im betting on Kaine. Or Pete vs Kaine with Kaine again winning.

I don't know a lot about some of these characters, so I can't really comment.

Backlash should win

Isn't Creeper and agile/fast/20 tonner/Canary Cry lite/great fashion sense and a Deadpool level healing factor? I don't see how he loses.

I think Iron Fist would win. He's hardly street level. Didn't he tank an explosion that "made hiroshima look like a sparkler."

Since people seem to think Wildstorm Backlash could give Agent Venom a good fight so I see the final battle being Peter vs Backlash with Backlash winning. Still see Venom beating him though!

Spidey vs kaine or masterchief. Spidey wins due to spidey sense vs master chief and superior fighting ability against kaine.

Spider-Man vs Zealot and Backlash vs ... Black Tarantula? Don't know the feats for some of these characters.

I haven't seen anything that would make creeper anywhere near 10 tons let alone 20 tons.

@jashro44: awwww i wished you included eddie into this, he wudda won :( personally seeing an ultimate green goblin vs spiderman/gorgon with goblin taking the slim majority vs either however i'd see peter being able to take atleast an even split if he uses the enviroment alot, as i dont know that battle ground but there looks like alot of explosive/electronics tat he could use

I'd say Black Tarantula takes this. The dude literally stomped Spider-Man.

@jashro44: yeah fair play people view gorgon and spidey in that tier aswell just personally probably wrong but i've always viewed venom and carnage as the pinnacle of street level( midnighter aswell but i hate people who relay on tech alot :/ )

@jashro44: angelo and gargan arent even worthy to even be fighting peak humans they are the killer croc of the higher street/ lower mid tier

And yeah alot of people view the. As mid tier tbh hard to tell from high street to mid tier its just a matter of opinion

@jashro44: I'd say Black Tarantula is borderline mid tier. He absolutely wrecked Spider-Man.

@beaconofstrength: Eh, it was mostly his durability to be honest. Peter did make a comment about him being faster but Peter seems more flexible and he landed more hits when they fought. I actually think current Peter has a shot against him due to pressure points. I still might give it to black tarantula as I am not sure if thats enough but I think it would be closer.

And also black tarantula might not end up fighting Peter.

@jashro44: He also has an amazing healing factor and shoots eye beams.

@beaconofstrength: His healing factor isn't exactly wolverine level and its not exactly a healing factor either. I would say its more like iron fists ability to chi heal. As for the eye lasers they take time to recharge (a few minutes).
