I don't know a lot about Jason Todd as Batman, so I'll vote Burtonverse. If someone wants to provide evidence why Jason would win, I'd glady listen and possibly change my vote.

Almost the same person because both kill, but Jason has beat Tim, Damian(i think) and was matched with Dick(who should be close to the same level as batman if not the same). Plus Jason has more gadgets.
