Tony Stark is not allowed to use any high tech gear (armors, Stark industries, S.H.I.E.L.D etc.) and is only allowed to use everyday objects to create weaponry. He has 5 hours prep (ala Iron Man 3)

Batman. Stark is not beating Batman with a nailgun and christmas ornament bombs. Tony gets stealthed and taken down easily.

I feel like Tony could actually do it.

Batman. Everyday objects aren't gonna be enough to put down Batman. His suit should be too durable. And stealth is always an option, or batarangs.

Mark 1 armor had his skin viable so Batman could most likely nerve strike him. He is a ninja and ninja's practice that kind of training after all.

I don't see tony building anything that can stop batman in 1 hour. I'm being reasonable. Bats suit cab stop electric attacks like that taser. Adding the fact he's a ninja who could take out a mob on his own, I say batman wins.

Nolans batman is one of the weakest batmans there is , but he'd completely stomp tony

Tony did take down several metahumans with an extremely small amount of prep (though he did use scraps from some of his tech in at least one instance). I'd think 5 hours of prep is plenty of time to come up with something depending on what resources he has access to.

in 5 hours he could create something to drop batman.

His cowl carries a powerful charge, so I'm pretty sure it's well insulated.

Batman. No way Stark would stand a chance without his suit against Batman. Even on random encounters Batmans prepared for a lot of shit

Why does everyone keep on saying "I can't see tony beating batman in one hour?" It clearly says 5 hours, and with 5 hours I think tony could pull a win.
