Anytime a thread pops up about new52 wally i think those feats are applicable as it is mainstream(flash #35).

Future Wally is dead and is also a different version of a character who currently exists. If someone said New 52 Barry Allen in a thread I wouldn't use future Barry Allen's feats because that's not the main version.
Frankly, the OP probably MEANT for it to be Pre 52 Wally(the thread is called Toneri vs Flash and Wally was only The flash pre 52) because new big anime villain, first thing you gotta do is go to comicvine and make a thread of him fighting Wally West. But, his second post said Wally and his first post said new 52 so, with that in mind, it's a powerless 12 year old dying horridly.
@dredeuced: well he appeared in flash as a canon story and from the future(ya i know, the future), but that is the only one even if dead, because no one expect a powerless rude boy to face a manga character.
And am aware the OP made a mistake, thinking wally has powers in the new52. You are right, we cannot use future barry for battles when new52 (present) barry has enough feats.
