Tomi Shishido v Connor Hawke & Dark Hawkeye

Battle takes place in a huge cornfield(image below) on a bright summers day noon. The plants on average are all 5 ft tall.
Connor & Lester have full info on Gorgon & wot hes capable of.
Gorgon is unaware of the duo but is on high alert for danger.
Weapons/clothing
Regular Bow & arrows (20 each) & combat knife each for the duo.
The Duo also have camo clothing to blend in with the enviroment.
Gorgon is armed with his regular sword & clothing (see image)
Rules
Gorgon can use his stone glaze.No telepathy.BFR not allowed.
Morals on.
Fighters start 5 miles apart & the duo get 10 minutes to talk tactics.
Win is by KO,Death or surrender.
Who Wins?

You could add Ollie and Clint and they'd still lose.

That makes it even easier for Gorgon.

No, as in he has telepathy and he'll know where they are right off the bat. As for his back not being covered, they may as well do their worst. Elektra and Wolverine had psi-dampening devices and whole lot of other equipment and resulted with Gorgon having his lungs, stomach and even heart pierced. The fight ended with Elektra one-shotted and Wolverine pinned into a wall with a sword through his neck in spite of it. A bunch of arrows isn't stopping Gorgon.
 
10 minutes don't compensate for an overwhelming physical and skill gap, telepathy, a healing factor and a sword that kills Gods.
