I don't have an opinion on the match. I know virtually nothing of this version of Batman other than he had a TV show.
I really think Terry takes this to much tech, and the suit also let him take blows from superman. who is a lot stronger then tombstone. And the suit increses his stength by 10 times, and he has that cloaking field and the booster jets.
