Tol Braga lacks the skill feats to compare. Defeating a featless Sajar isn't overwhelming. Granted, IIRC, Sajar was a member of the Dark Council, but that alone doesn't necessarily make him overly skilful. Wyyrlok isn't exactly the most impressive swordsman either. His single feat of note was contending with Krayt, who was a decent duelist at best. Qui-Gon is probably the most skilful duelist here, but not by much in comparison to Quinlan Vos, though it doesn't matter anywat. Strength is decisively in Qui-Gon's favor, and likely speed as well (he should be minimally faster than Quin), and Quinlan, is, in turn, ahead of the other team. Telekinetic powers are fairly even, though Wyyrlok has the worst telekinetic feats that come to mind, but his other showings of power in other areas of the Force should indicate that his power is of the same class. Wyyrlok has some other edges (ie. Memory Walk, which could be especially useful on Quinlan Vos, but likely not on Qui-Gon, who has a number of notable telepathic showings).
So that's really it. The first team are outclassed physically and with a blade just because of a lack of exposure in those areas, but they can compete with the Force. Team 2 every time in a moderately good fight.
Initially, I thought this was Wyyrlok and Qui-Gon vs Tol Braga and Quinlan Vos due to picture alignments. Frankly, that'd be a better fight. With respects to physicality and skill, Quin and Qui-Gon would whip cream Wyyrlok and Tol Braga.
@shootingnova: Whip cream, hahaha. That should be a new thing.
