These two fictional characters are both hungry and there is only one cookie left. This means war. Can omnipotence overcome omnipotence? Or will one of them triumph over the other? Or, even more interesting: are they one and the same and would therefore have no reason to fight?

This, and the thread you made is pretty much TOAA vs the Presence.  
DC/Vertigo's God has is more Biblical than Marvels IMO.

Please try and have some respect for what others believe and in the future, probably not the best of ideas to put comic characters against religious deities.
