Hmm... Let's see. I'll try not  to be bias as much. 
 
Leonardo vs Dick.. This is a tough fight, both are good guys, but since its moral off.. I'll give it to Dick just because he's tech is more advance than Leo 
Raphael vs Jason Todd.. You don't even need morals off for this fight, they don't have it.. Lol just kidding, I'll give this one to Jason Todd. Dude is one crazy mofo 
Donatello vs Tim Drake....  I think this is a hard match up for tim.. I'll give this to Donatello 
Michealangelo vs Damien .. This fight, I'll give to Micheal, just because Damien is still a kid. I know hes one tough ass kid trained by assassins yadda yadda, but hes still a kid, he won't win this one..

I think the turtles take this, in all fights. That also depends on which version we are using.

granted i don't know much about the turtles...that being said, i give it to the Robins simply due to the fact they have much more advanced tech

Damien and Tim get beat, but Jason and Dick move on and win the fight. That's just what I think would happen.
