We see them dance between guns fire alot, and in some cases outright reflect the projectiles with their weapons.
Also from the durability feats of the shells, I am pretty confident the shells are bullet proof.
I do not see Todd and bullets as a end all argument :)

With the inclusion of Mirage I think the TMNT are too much. They seemed to get seriously OP for their levels of superhuman stats toward the end of their run.
I think Mirage and IDW are pretty even in stats. From what I seen of IDW. Biggest difference to me is Mirage is more skilled from years of training and battles, and have a advantage of no morals to killing like the IDW TMNT.
I didn't mean their stats were superior, I meant they accomplished some pretty high level stuff for guys with their stats.
