Titanium Man for the win.
He is far more agile, more durable and has more advanced weapon systems.
Finally, this Iron Monger suit rely's on outside tech support to run it. Titanium Man will sense this (the transmissions) and sever the link just like Iron Man did.

Surprisingly it is a broadcast signal that can be jammed.
If you look at the picture of the Iron Monger armour, on his left hand should he has a big ass antena that was used to pick the signal up.

The Iron Monger armour is several generations of tech behind the Titanium Man armour.
