Fight takes place in the middle of the streets. There is a lot of distance between them. There are cars and light poles among other street objects around them.

Both are blood-lusted.

Joker also has some explosive Joker teeth.

Goblin has his glider, bombs, razor bats, and his other basic gears.

Batman took out Titan Joker with one simple explosive punch and if Osborn has bombs then he could easily do the same if not something more destructive
