Tigra VS Black Panther

Greer Grant Nelson AKA Tigra takes on T'Challa AKA Black Panther. No prep and morals apply, and the fight, which takes place in Central Park, New York City, goes on until one is knocked out or otherwise immobilized. Note WELL that neither Tigra nor Black Panther is being downplayed, jobbed, written improperly, disrespected or anything of the sort in ANY way AT ALL. Both are at their best in every single way and written all too properly and the right way, the cool, talented, competent heroes they should be. So, who wins this big catfight? She who is orange furred or he who is black suited?

Currently, Tigra. T'Challa is still depowered.

He still has enough skill to beat her. But I should note OP says they are at their best in every way so irrelevant Static Shock.

What's irrelevant is his skill, due to the fact that she significantly outclasses him. He was struggling with a man at Captain America's physical level with the ability convert matter into energy across several issues, we're supposed to think that he can contend with Tigra? He had some issues with Kraven recently, but we're supposed to think he can contend with Tigra, right? Okay. You can do that if you want, even though current showings suggest otherwise.

I don't really care what the OP says, even though it further reinforces my point. T'Challa's best, in his depowered state, isn't going to contend with Tigra's.

Kraven beat Tigra and turned her into his pet before, lol. T'Challa, in spite of his diminished prowess, performed much better than she did.
