It all dependt on if Tigershark gets Vic into the water. Todd in the water becomes very dangerous, however Wolverine beat him underwater in one of his early appearances, so I will go with Sabretooth.
I agree. Tiger Shark can lift 75 tons. Some of you might argue that Sabretooth would just slash open his suit and all the water would come out, making Tiger Shark weak, but at his minimum, Tiger Shark can still lift 40 tons, which is easily enough to overwhelm a lightweight like Sabretooth. In addition to this, Tiger Shark has adamantium teeth. He would just bite Sabretooth in half.
