Tiamut the Dreaming Celestial VS One Above All the Celestial

It's the World War of the Celestials, two camps in battle, now the leaders of the 2 sides start fighting each other, Tiamut vs One Above All.

fighting in the cosmos, no special item is used, no restrictions, and it's a battle of pride, so no other celestial intervenes in their fight.

who would win?

I need real experts here, this is a tough one battle, not easy to decide who's better, we'll need to make a logical debate based on facts in comics, so who's stronger:

Tiamut The Dreaming Celestial

or One Above All

pre ascension Tiamut loses. This is primarily because One Above All is the strongest Celestial.

If Tiamut becomes the Fulcrum (or The Fulcrum's significant other, as you interpret it), then Tiamut stomps

Hard to say, apart from the bio and at times on comics it has been said that One above All is the most powerful of the celestial, but he essential has only 1 feat that i know of, i.e. throwing planets at Thanos during Infinity Gauntlet Saga.

Tiamut however has fought and beaten Areshem, before being overwheled by 3 celestial from the forth host.

By feats, i will put Tiamut higher.

Also Tiamut seem to have gotten an amped during Eternals Volume 4, but then the more recent version of Tiamut after than appeared in Uncanny X-Men 512 and appearened in normal form as opposed to a being radiating the energy aura and looked more human like. Not sure if the boost still applies to him, i kind of think it doesnt.

exactly my thoughts, normally One Above All should be the strongest, but according to The Fulcrum, Tiamut has ascended into something more than just a Celestial. Something Fulcrum simply refers to as "an Individual" he even claimed that Tiamut has become The Fulcrum's equal, but is it in power or something else, i don't know, then after that we found in Uncanny X-Men 512 that nothing changed!! maybe because the celestials can be in different places and shapes at the same time maybe not.
