Round 1: Morals on, No prep, In character, win by Ko (No regeneration for Grundy)

Round 2: Morals off, No prep, Win by Death (No regeneration for Grundy)

Who Wins each Round?

all elementals are killed, except for iceman, maybe. so yeah thugs win.

Unless BFR is on this is a stalemate. All of team 2 can fly, dodge, counter or evade team 1 save for Toph, who can be lifted into the air to a safe distance and protected by Storm,Crystal or RT. I don't see how the thugs will get a hold of anyone. I also don't see a way for the elementals to take out team 1 outiside of BFR.
