• No one has their standard gear but each team receives various Firearms (with limited ammo), Bladed Weapons ranging from throwing knives to two-handed swords, and a round shield made of Omnium steel, and tactical body armor made mostly of Kevlar and light weight Titanium.

• Each team only gets 7 minutes of prep time after they get their gear, they have a lay-out of the area but they do not know who they're going against.
• Morals (If any) are on.
• Grifter is not able to use his Psionic powers.
• Deadpool can die if decapitated.
  

I see a lot of bananas and a cherry on top. 

Pretty much the order you listed them. Your first team is a borderline combat clinic. Allstar cast amongsat allstar casts. 
 
3 players in the Batman family and 2 are on the same team? Okay. Plus they get the guy who can pretty much get shot indefinitely and not die? Sure. Add in the pinnacle combatant of the GI Joe series and the Ultimate version of the perfect hand to hand combatant the world has ever known, who oh by the way is also probably the greatest battle strategist and has a shield that can deflect any arms fire... 
 
The other teams have great setups too, but that first one is a bit too ridiculous. 
 
(oh yeah, Jack Flag had single-handedly defeated all of the Thunderbolts during the Civil War event, and Blade is an enhance being who may have the highest strength class of everyone listed)

I like team 2's chances.

Idk honestly, in h2h this is going to team one but team three has way to many firearm specialist. Team 2 seems like a wild card in the form of Secret Six, Zemo and Taskmaster.

Im leaning with team 3 since they will start...wait how far will they start from each other? Team three if they start off like 10-15 feet away from each other but if there all in one room (with all there guns?) Then team 1.

P.S. The killzone in Skidrow should take out like 10 people in like the first minute lol. "Show no mercy comrades"

Basically this, but you forgot to mention Cassandra Cain, who is also a factor and Grifter can be a threat to the enemies aswell, depending on how he is portrayed.

So were just gonna say team one and completely overlook Ult Hawkeye, Nuke, Kraven, Maverick, Speedy, Hush, Paladin, and Ravager?
