Thor (with Cap's shield) vs Sinestro
Scenario: Sinestro has gone through a black hole which takes him to the Marvel Universe. He lands in New York looking for any power source that could help him wipe out the Green Lantern Corps and the Avengers instantly see him as a threat. Sinestro kills them all. Thor finds the bodies of his friends.
He becomes bloodlusted and uses Stark Tech to track Sinestro's energy source to a dead planet. Before he goes he grabs Cap's shield. He grabs Cap's shield. He takes his last steps in Stark Tower. He remembers all the things he has been through. He lives as the God of Thunder, but he leaves as an Avenger, a friend to mortals. He leaves to fight one last fight. He fights to avenge the Avengers.
He goes to the dead planet and finds Sinestro waiting for him.
"MONSTER!!! You killed them! You killed them all!"
"Ah, you must be talking about those pesky little humans on that miserable spec of a planet."
"You are not taunting a mere child villain! You are taunting a God!"
"When I came to this universe I came looking for power. Power that you wield."
"Well you found power cretin!"
Thor would be pissed. The God of Thunder would kill Sinestro under this Scenario.
Wouldn't Thor bloodlusted put him in warriors madness? If so then that's Thor x10 isn't it? One Thor is pretty much a match for sinestro, Thor with 10 times the power would kill himDepends on the reason he is blood lusted. Thor can be angry, doesn't mean he always jumps into Warrior Madness.
If Sinestro killed Sif, for example, then yes.
@CapFanboy said:Angry doesn't count as bloodlusted. Sinestro has just killed the Avengers, Thor wants to avenge them. If Sinestro is bloodlusted too he would annihilate Thor obviously if no P.I.S is involved
Nope.

Well, if Sinestro just killed everyone on Marvel Earth that would pretty much make him untouchable so killing Thor would just be a walk in the park.
It doesn't say anywhere that this a battle to the death, therefore Sinestro doesn't have to kill Thor, he just has to complete his objective which is stealing Mjolnir. Sinestro could temporarily create a wormhole for Mjolnir to pass through, sending it back to Qward or into The Pocket Universe. Of course, Sinestro Corps rings grant the ability of mind control so Sinestro could always go that route.
Thor of Asgard, you have the ability to instill great fear. Welcome to the Sinestro Corps.
On a side note, I just could not picture Magneto and Sinestro killing each other. If there were ever two comic book characters meant for a each other, It's Sinestro and Magneto.
...............UM? is this even really much of a fight? i mean i know Sinestro is good but against Thor? Eh it might be a good fight for about 30 minutes tops.
I love the scenario and this would be a good fight but in the end a blood lusted Thor would annihalate Sinestro. He has the strength to break through Sinestro's forcefields, is durable enough to withstand Sinestro's constructs or beam attacks and Mjolnir is a pretty powerful weapon to surpass a Sinestro ring. Cap's shield isn't really needed for Thor to win but now that he has it, it just increases the odds in Thor's favour even more.
