As for durability he survived being crushed by the weight of planets coming down on his stomach, it won't be easy for Supergirl to hurt him. Supergirl never had any strength feats that puts her above Superman, and Thor who resisted a neutron star in Warrior Madness form would be 10X stronger than his normal state and would be at least equal with Superman.

@King Saturn: Kara is not stronger than Thor in strength, Thor resisted the weight of a Neutron Star (4-8X heavier than the sun, and 1 sun would be 3 million times heavier than a planet) and lifted the Midgard Serpent in his normal state, in his Warrior Madness state his strength would be 10X stronger than Kara's. Odin Force would increase Thor's strength more exponentially than the yellow sun would increase a Kryptonian's strength. I give Kara the speed advantage, but Thor with his hammer can absorb the sufficient amount of energy that could blow up a galaxy, he is also capable of destroying amplifying energy contained in his hammer by 100. With Odin Force he could destroy and create galaxies.

Thor wins without too much trouble, he's reacted to Silver Surfer before, IIRC, so Supergirl's speed wouldn't be a huge problem. Also, if anyone's forgetting, he's magical, which Kryptonians don't really have a defense against.

Thor never beat Power Girl in anything that is considered canon. Read the rules. Crossovers are not credible feats here. Kara is a lot stronger because kryptonians as a whole have much more impressive feats. Supergirl is nearly as strong as Superman. Superman is capable of moving half of the planet Earth. Thor is capable of lifting a city.... If he has help from Beta Ray Bill and even then, they could not lift it above their heads.

Thor. Kara isn't a warrior. Also kryptonians only seem to be stronger than Thor, lifting wise. I think Thor overall has better striking feats, like actually hurting Galactus, denting SS's skull and he is supposed to be equal to BRB who has busted a planet. Also he has taken shots from Surfer, BRB and Gladiator, all of whom are capable of busting planets. So his durability is also better than Kara's. Then there's Kara's vulnerability to his magic. So IMO Thor wins.
Thor cause strength (star, score of planets), reaction/combat speeds (tags surfer, gladiator, loki, etc.) and durability (also supernova+ level). He's also very skilled.
There is no air on the Moon, so Flash suffocates, but Supergirl is capable of talking, even though air transfers sound waves? Since there is no air, she shouldn't be able to make any sound.
