For those of you think the fight agaist superman and Thor was close is making a sad mistake. First this is not an angry superman, We all know superman wouldnt have killed Thor and always hold back trying not to kill him. Let Thor Had murdered Lewis /killed batman or even his earthmom. You will see the wrath of how easy this fight would have been, 
 
Now my reason why Thor would lose this fight Kara is not like Superman should wouldnt hold back if she was trying to kill you or if she loses control she is a better fighter smart and dangerous and can be very trouble some. Unlike most of these Heroes in Marvel comics who would stand and let Thor Blast them with lightening Supergirl is no fool she is fast enough to seperate the hammer from THor and give him a speed blitz choke out instant KO. Thor will not win this fight KAra got this. She is just more ruthless than superman and doesnt give you chance to breate if she is trying to defeat you.

Kara isn't a better fighter than Thor, Thor is a brilliant and trained warrior, He will be trained for this situation, and Thor is of a magical nature,(magical strength, speed, etc), he is whole magical, and kara won't like that, any kryptonian won't, it's like captain marvel and superman, captain marvel is only at par with him because he is of a magical nature, so since Thor is of a magical nature his hits are gonna hurt alot, because kryptonians don't like magic, and don't really have a defense angainst it, and I recall that Thor can throw his hammer faster than light speed, and his hammer is also magical, I think Thor may be able to land his hammer on her and give her a tough time, I have seen no evidence that Kara can react to lightspeed, even though she travels at it his hammer throw may be faster, and superman did beat Thor but it's based off fan votes and is non canon, and I know Kara has had training with the amazons but not as long as Thor's training, and Thor fights like a warrior not a brute, so due to Thora magical nature I will give it to Thor after a good fight, Thor for the win

If supergirl used speed the whole fight i'd say she has a chance but if thor uses his hammer & magic or even god blast she will lose but overall i'd say Thor .

 Thor never beat Power Girl in anything that is considered canon. Read the rules. Crossovers are not credible feats here.   Kara is a lot stronger because kryptonians as a whole have much more impressive feats. Supergirl is nearly as strong as Superman. Superman is capable of moving half of the planet Earth. Thor is capable of lifting a city.... If he has help from Beta Ray Bill and even then, they could not lift it above their heads. "

since kara is not at superman level , i think thor would win , but with difficulty.

Why do people bring the Godblast up constantly? He's used it only a handful of times in over the course of his comic career. It's almost irrelevant to bring up in a majority of debates.

Its not that God blast isnt an Effective move but agaist KAra who Actually uses her speed and advantage when she has you .By the time Thor throws up that hammer for the first Twirl he already got the wing knocked out of him there would be so much Punches reaching on high scale its like a barrage HULk like Punches but at greater more places. I am pretty sure knowing Kara Show would Knock that Hammer Out of Range or Go intangible or Invisible and give hima beating . We all see Kara on foot or Ground she is resourceful

True but I find people saying "Thor wins because godblast!" at least a little more sensible than people saying "Umm guys?? supergirl is weak against magic and thor is holding a MAGIC HAMMER! lol this is a no-brainer can't believe the dc fanboys are still arguing".
