Surfer would take it, but barely. JMS was going to return Thor back to the classic Odinforce level of strength, but JMS never got to finish the job..the JMS Thor in theory could have been back to Silverage Kirby levels but he had no big feats to back himself. Silver Surfer back in his old days would give Thor the fight of his life (while Surfer was holding back). Since the upgrade Surfer really became a plot device, he does anything and everything JMS might have wanted to return Thor back to plot device levels of power but he never told that story
Hand to hand Thor might own Surfer but Surfer won't allow it, if the fight gets close Surfer can always pull an ace and destroy his mind he could always eat Thor's head and lobotomize him like Surfer did Messiah-Cable

Did post annihlation surfer still have hte power of te crunch after killing Tenebrouse and Aegis? if so Surfer solos its like a skyfather fighting Imperiex prime but in a smaller body that likes to use his speed alot more in fights.

I was just saying because there have been users who have been offended when someone who isn't a mod tells them to follow the rules and they say stuff like "oh your not a mod so stop doing their job." even though regular users still have to do their best to follow and enforce the rules and to call on mods if needed.
You seen the last Choas wars with Thor Pull some miracles even after he was beaten no power almost close to death beat that Damon with his hammer by absorbing and reverting its energy thats was a good feat even tho marvel has some explaining to do on that that one.
Id put my money behind the Silver Surfer. Thor is a warrior and that gives him the edge in battle experience but as far as Speed and Powers. Id have to give it to the Surfer. If you read the Mighty Thor series it def. seemed like Thor was having a harder time keeping up with the Surfer. Plus the Silver Surfer showed up to battle Thor while Odin was there.....BALLS! Thor had to for one hit him from behind....chicken+daddy was there to help. Not to put Thor down I love Thor but in that battle I think Surfer looked like the tougher guy.
I think that Power Cosmic is much powerfull than odinforce because it can manipulate almost everything.I say that Silver Surfer is much more powerfull.
