@TheCannon: He also fixed it himself in the 90's when the Destroyer broke it, and again when Perrikus cut it in half. There was some sort of explanation about the instance with Bor being different because it broke in battle with another god, or something (um, Perrikus?), but it ultimately it was pretty obviously a plot device to bring Thor back to his old power level.
@royale_with_cheese: No, that was a different incident in New Gods V3, so technically Orion has killed him twice, but the circumstances of that fight were so unique it doesn't tell us anything about the normal powers of either character. Darkseid also faked his death in an early issue of Orion's own series.
I'm gonna be the outsider here, and say Thor takes this. Yes, Orion is a bad-ass. BUT,....... so is Thor. I belive Thor's feats outweigh Orion's.... and I'm gonna go out on a limb and say.......BY FAR!!! And, no I cannot post scans (at least not until I get home), so I'ma gonna have to do research and give specifics from issue#'s for feeats. But, yeah....Thor takes Orion out, not easily, and it's an epic battle, but Odinson wins this.
@CitizenBane: Without using an exotic power like Astro Force, Orion would eventually go down in a fight with Supes. Darkseid was probably faking or let Orion think he killed him. Thor would also use Mjolnir to to block/absorb energy or send it back. He also took punches to the face from Supes without bleeding.
