Odin wins in the short run of most. However, PIS has it that Thor wins since Odin hands down his power to stack with Thor's thereafter.

Odin loses this one, Rune Thor is more powerful than him, and you even gave him warrior madness.

But he could still go against him. OP says he's armed with it so I don't see how Thor could win.
