Thor. He won't be afraid of Man-Thing so that takes away Man-Thing's main mode of attack and doesn't really have to get close to him anyway, just fry him with a lot of lightning until he's extra crispy. He can come back from that, but still Thor would win either way

@Smart_Dork_Dude: don't know abt weather Thor feels fear or not but i don't think that lightning is going to put him down , he have a very high resistance. He have been hit by grenades , lasers , hellfire & fought the whole fights while being on fire & he's even fought a demon who was made of fire & beated it

i have gone through the scans & just saw that Man thing doesn't really needs the opponent to feel fear , he can empathically produces feeling of fear in his opponents so Thor will also feel fear

Hm. Not what I was looking for, but irrelevant. is this just normal Manny? Because if so, then yeah Thor. couldn't kill Manny, but he would have the upper hand.

Nothing thor can do to him, man thing could make multiple copies of himself or just fearburn him not even celestials and hell lords/fear lords can withstand it

Man-thing has been chopped in half by an axe and still came back. Doctor stranges spells don't work on him, what make you think thors lightning will?

Stalemate becuase i don't think either can kill the other. Regular Thor wins offensively, but can't outright kill MT

Btw when man thing got cut in half by Ares he still reformed

@venomm: he is almost impossible to kill, i don't think Thor can do it but i also don't think MT can outright kill Thor
