Kickass. Even with Morals off...Thors arrogance kicks in...laughing at the fact of this mortal challenging him. He becomes so arrogant that he sets down Mjolnir...feeling that kickass is not a worthy enough opponent to be struck by the likes of his hammer. However, Kickass picks up Mjolnir...being judged worthy enough to weild it...and a massive beatdown to Thor by his own hammer ensues...since Kickass has no morals as well.

Not sure if Kick-Ass if worthy to wield it. I think that is up to Odin. However, if you are joking then that's okay. (I cannot tell sarcasm on the Internet)
@YourNeighborhoodComicGeek: Thor would struggle at first. He'd have to overcome his sheer disbelief that the clown in the green and yellow suit challenged him to a battle before turning him into a steaming pile of goo.
