Intangible Bird is my own creation.

The powers it has are ability to be intangible for as long as it wants but then after it becomes tangible again it must wait 1 hour to use any of its abilities. It is very aggressive when it attacks an enemy. When it flaps its wings while looking at an enemy it wants to hurt, the enemy is immediately teleported in all directions 5 feet each way for 1 hour. When its teleported it cannot use its powers except for physical ones and it cannot move his/her/its arms if any. Didn't want a name for the ability it but if there's a name it its called "Teleportation Glare Gust". This bird's speed is about 1-100 mph when carelessly flying. When fighting it becomes 750. mph

Confrontation: Thor unknowingly walks into Intangible Bird's territory and the bird successfully hits Thor. It then watches Thor hovering over him. Currently the Bird is tangible. but Thor is trapped in the Bird's Gust.

Location - Earth near mountains.

If the bird uses Gust a second time it is shown that it will thrash its opponent after the Gust has hit its enemy. The bird's strength is that of the Hulk's.

Who wins?

Do you think Thor will come out of the Gust in time to recover before being Thrashed?

Well no since the bird's not hitting him while he's teleporting for the first area its his choice to recover or to try to hit the bird with his body or something but the bird's flying 750mph in the first area above Thor's point.

@ ComicsrulebutDBZdoes2 Movie Thor.

@kyrees That's a pathetic rule but since I follow them ok no more post like this.
