@FiMFTW: yeah acttually creating a tachyon pulse generator isn't really that easy, of course he knew what to built after he observed SS, so you could say that after he observes thor he could come up with something that can kill him, especially considering in avengers thor was afraid (and probably die) to be dropped in that hulk prison and even though he escaped his powers was very very weakened, so his durability isn't that great, also jonny can be useful here with his fire and flight powers, the thing is also very strong he could match thor in strength, and sue can go invisible and attack him from behind and probably put him in a bubble.
