Thor has planet busting capabilities, flight and the Magic Weapon, all advantages that Doomsday doesn't have. Doomsday, couldn't withstand a blast from Imperiex's blasts. He is not beating Odin. Thor has beaten tough enemies, he even beat the Hulk when he was possessed during Fear Itself.

Doomsday tanked omega beams, beat the crap out of DS, Supes hit him as hard as he could and DD didn't even FEEL it. An amped Supes couldn't hurt him and he can't die. Thor couldn't hurt DD nevermind kill him.

Darkseid in pre 52 DC wasn't that tough. Doomsday was incinerated by a blast from imperiex, but Superman survived it. Superman presumably has better durability. I don't know about the dumb H/P Doomsday storyline, but there is still a large margin between Mjonir and Superman's fists. Doomsday still is a kryptonian creature and still should be vulnerable to magic.

Thor still can summon the Thorforce or even the odinforce. WB Hulk is stronger than H/P Doomsday and has better feats. I'm done

HP doomsday is unstoppable. Unkillable. The only way to stop him is by dumping him at the end of time. Superman isn't weak to magic he hasn't got resistance to it. HP DD has. He can adapt to any attack on the fly, is virtually unkillable in physical combat. Is Supermans speed (>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Thor) and can randomly develop a power based on a characters weakness. You can't pummel DD to death, you can only BFR him (which is also difficult) and hope he doesn't come back. You pass him on you don't defeat him.

I thought he had to die first.

Doomsday could possibly beat Thor, no doubt, but Thor has better showings of power, if you ask me. Thor without extra influence has beaten the likes of Thanos, The Hulk, Hyperion, Gladiator along with many other space titans with immense strength. Once Thor saw that Doomsday was a tougher opponent, he'd just summon other powers.

Thor has fought beings with speed that rivals Supermans.

Thor is tough, tough enough to beat Doomsday... if you say that Doomsday could beat Odinforce Thor, you are an idiot.

Odin force Thor is skyfather level so hmmm after a few deaths on e he's completely immune to his attacks he would beat Thor. Darkseid and a mother boxed superman is more impressive than your list exept galactus who darkseid would have erased if the source didn't step in. Anything other than RKT or OF Thor gets stomped. I'm not going to debate with you. Everyone on my list was either as or more impressive than Superman and Darkseid. If you think that Doomsday could beat Thor with Odinforce, then you mdo not know anything about comics. Doomsday has never beaten anyone close to as powerful Odinforce Thor.

Odin Force Thor would bust the entire Galaxy and leave Doomsday as a floating cell in space.

The only conceivable way for Thor to beat someone as powerful and crazy as Doomsday is for him to somehow place Mjolnir on his body to immobilise him but even that might prove difficult. Otherwise Doomsday STOMPS.

For those saying doomsday because he can adapt unless this is HP doomsday it'll take ages for him to adapt after dying the first time

An Omega Beam from Pre 52 Darkseid would NOT hurt Odin. An Omega Beam from Darkseid wouldn't hurt Odin. Omega Beams might be able to destroy a planet, but Odin can take galaxy leveling hits.

DS' omega beams don't destroy they ERASE, if he isn't protected by the source odin goes down.

Doomsday easily. Thor bashes Doomsday in the face with Mjolnir a couple 'a times, but then Doomsday gets pi**ed an' grabs Thor's wrist an' punches him in the face with haymakers an' backhands a couple 'a times, keeps holdin' Thor's wrist though so he doesn't send Thor flyin' away from him, then he body slams Thor into a wall, then throws 'im up to the sky, jumps up ta Thor, grabs Thor's leg in the sky, body slams Thor to the ground from all the way up there, then Doomsday lands on Thor's liver which is gonna hurt like a bitch an' punches Thor in the face till he gets a skull fracture an' gets KO'd.

No use arguing. Believe what you believe HP Doomsday has never beaten anyone on par with Odinforce Thor.

I've seen quite a few heroes survive Darkseid's omega beams. They are typically around Superman's level. Odin is WAAY above that. Batman has survived omega blasts. Odin definitely could. Odin also possesses reality warping abilites, to some extent. Darkseid might not be able to tag Odin once.

You guys are confusing multiple incarnations of the same character, and generally making statements that aren't true.

First, Odin Force Thor is just regular Thor using the Odin Force. He's not that powerful at all. In fact, Thor using the Odin Force wouldn't even have been strong enough to fight off a considerably hungry Galactus without Ego the Living Planet's help (or at least this is heavily implied). King Thor is Thor after Odin died. This version of Thor was a genuine skyfather; he was powerful enough to turn Adamantium and Captain America's shield to slag. Rune King Thor is the strongest version of Thor. He has both complete control over the Odin Force + he has the magic of the Runes. This version of Thor is stronger than Odin, but to what extent we don't know. The only version I see DD beating is regular Odin Force Thor. To claim that DD is on the level of a skyfather is an overstatement.

Second, I don't know where you're getting the idea that "Darkseid can beat the crap out of Odin" but that's NOT true. Not by a long shot. The only way this can be true is if you're talking about Soulfire Darkseid or Anti-Life Equation Darkseid. There's never been any evidence at all to suggest that Darkseid could take on Odin. Odin has been in fights where countless galaxies were destroyed, like in his fight against Seth, he's BFR'd universe-destroying flames from Surtur, and also in his fight with Seth Dr. Strange described the effects of the fight as "tearing at the fabric of the multiverse." Odin is at universal threat levels based on feats. To claim that Darkseid could take out Odin with the Omega Beams is just not even close to being true.

And the same goes for DD vs Odin. Apparently @clownprinceofcrime1995 has a very erroneous understanding of how DD's power works. DD doesn't instantly evolve immunity to a power; he just becomes highly resistant to it. Odin would absolutely one-shot DD.

But with respect to this fight, what is clear is that DD destroys Thor. That's not debatable.

I guess you re right. I think Thor could possibly take Darkseid, if he uses his head, but we dont have to agree on everything. At least you conivnced him that Doomsday isn't going to beat Odin and he doesn't just adapt instantly.
