@green_skaar: no problem. I don't agree with people labelling her as the strongest being in the dc universe or anything like that, but she was indeed shown to be Supermans physical superior, which was noted by clark, lex (clark admitted he was scared twice and acknowleged she was stronger IIRC, lex flat out said "she's stronger than you" and clark Didnt contest it) and Lois as well as being shown in their fights.
Granted, she has a knack for talking and originally tried to mate with clark because she belived he was a god as well, it's a possibility that she would realise thor is a god and try to convince him to mate with her. The reason I bring that up is because it would provide thor a window of opportunity to hit her with everything he's got or use a fancy mjolnir trick, and as lex noted; she's kryptonian, a kryptonian God, but kryptonian nonetheless, which could infer that like other kryptonians she doesn't have any resistances towards magic. With some breathing room I COULD see thor putting her down, but that's up for debate I guess.
