I never said Black Adam was going light speed in when he was running in Jay, what I am saying is that mach 500 isn't Adam's limit because Jay was sapping his speed in that storyline.
I know that Adam isn't in this thread, I was addressing someone else bringing him up.
That scan suppots whay I said. Jay was FTL when he started out (I have Scans if you want of Jay being "ghost' because he was moving fast enough to be invisible to the naked eye. It was retconned post COIE that he never gained light speed until he first met barry.
As i said he can't risk going Light speed now for more than a brief periods.
He was also somewhat depowered when Wally, he and Bart tried to take Superboy prime into the speed force. . Since the Speed force was introduced it has become the source of all DCU speedsters. Once you reach the subliminal barrier you can touch and draw on the speed force. The SF was created by Barry's accident and the effect rolled out through time and dimensions..
The scan where BA couldn't react to him was when he was near light speed but could no longer go lsight speed for longer than a moment or 2. Most of the showings where he could not handle BA was when he had lost his connection to the speed force (which he had regained a a few issues prior to the scan of him above
