The fight takes place in a forest. Aquaman has a trident and Thor has Mjolnir. It's a random encounter and neither one knows nothing about the other.

Thor easily. Even if you didn't put them in water, you should've put water nearby so it could be fair.

There is no need to flag it because it's is possible it's not as one sided as many believe.

The the trident he has in the pre flashpoint trident of his given him by Posiedon as thanks for freeing him from Hades than it's a far closer match than most are indicating. The trident of Posiedon gifted Arthur has power very similar to that of Mjilnor. It allows for telelportation, complete control of water ( including steam, fog) he even used it to create earth quakes by putting pressure on tectonic plates with water pressure.
