Thor can just stand there while they all miss him and then once he's bored of there impossibly bad aim he sends a cosmic hurricane at them 

Stormtroopers all miss Thor by miles.

if they have prep time and many deathstars they can win

Stormtroopers rarely ever get a hit and considering Thor has super speed, rarely is reduced to never.

@Nightflash: I think they only missed because of plot. Obi Wan say Storm Troopers are accurate in A New Hope.

Poor Stormtroopers, they never stood a chance. If they were pre A New Hope clone troopers, at least they could hit him.

Thor would win, but maybe if you had a hundred thousand million billion trillion and one....

Doubt they would fit on one planet, thor would have to bust atleast a couple of planets completely filled with stormtroopers.

seriously this is like saying who would win 10,000 snails vs an Elephant on a mission to kill. Thor would easily destroy the storm troopers and you could double the number he's a bloody god they have absolutely no chance whatsoever even with Vader.

Thor throws mjolnir, takes all of them down, comes back to Thor, he wins.
