This epic encounter has Thor from Earth 717 against Amazo.. 
This version of Thor was given the power cosmic by Galactus after he defeated the Silver Surfer & became his new Herald.  
Amazo has the following power set from these characters. 
Superman 
John Stewart Green Lantern 
Geo-Force 
Major Force & Saint Walker Blue Lantern.. 
Battle takes place on Earth un-populated dawn.. 
Thor & Amazo start the fight 100 yards apart above the Atlantic Ocean. 
Rules - No BFR, Time travel or reality warping allowed. 
Win is by Ko, Death or Surrender..
