Nate will not last long. Thor will beat him soundly like Ares did to Nate in Dark X-Men, and/or given the Surfer/Cable fight, Nate may last 10-15 minutes longer than Cable, but still lose. Magnus is on his own.
@TheGreyOutcastX: to be fair nate wasnt really fighting ares when he fights he usually uses a BUNCH of PSYCHIC ENERGY & goes all out. with ares hes wasnt going all out he even jumped in between time to try to escape him & when that didnt work he jumped in osborn. he didnt really fight the dark avengers like that
thor, surfer and fallen one seriously stomp others especially considering restrictions. seeing as no reality warping, no time warping, no mind control.........that takes away a lot from nate and legion. Yeah they're still powerfull......BUT the fallen one alone can easily solo now. and that still leaves surfer and thor. huge mismatch.

Besides, you left out the fact that Nate's TK blasts could be easily absorbed by Mjolnir like Rachel Grey (with Phoenix) had been when she had a Thor moment. Either way, The restrictions seriously limit Nate out of this fight. And I say that as a major Nate Grey fan and having actually role-played the character.
And don't even get me started on how Surfer can beat Nate. I've read plenty of Nate versus Surfer and Nate versus Thor boards on other sites that say he loses.
couldn't legion do something crazy with nate? what has the fallen one done really? i never heard of him or seen him in a comic so my bad. Also, each time i see a silver surfer battle thread, his speed is always a factor. How fast can he travel? and can he resist telepathy?
