I take great offense to Zoom as a character. His power set shouldn't allow him to physically do what he does damage wise, but whatever its DC, they have NO writers there, they need a "fast" villain for the Flash. Ok fine.

It all comes down to Surfer to stop Zoom. Does Surfer have morals on? If Surfers morals are off. Zoom is dead before he even knows it.

zoom can't put down Norrin, whereas as vise versa can happen.

@kingant27: zoom is faster and can attack faster than Surfer can start to think that. Wally beat instantaneous teleportation and it takes an amped to hell wally to perceive zoom properly. Superman is nothing to zoom

You think she hulk can punch harder than superman? Because zoom can and thats when he's trying to teach heroes to become better therefore not going all out. And without specifications from the OP its incap not just death which being KOd is. Surfer won't even be able to see zoom so the only option is blow up the planet which he's not going to get time to do before the teams obliterated by zoom.

Nowhere does it says bloodlust or that they have knowledge on each other. So Norrin wont blow up the planet and Zoom doesnt do millions of IMPs before people can react.
Zoom will fail to realize Surfer is damn fast and will try to play with them like always and thats when Norrin kills him. Marvel should take this for a majority because Zoom like to fudge with people and we all know Surfer doesnt play games with guys like Zoom.
Now if this was bloodlusted then Zoom solos. IIRC Zoom can stop himself from moving foward in time. Therefore he could punch a million times with above Superman level punches before time could pass at all. That would be boring af though considering hes not fast but actually controls how fast time passes for him.

The guy has taken worse punishment, then punches from Zoom.
It doesn't specify his morals, so Zoom won't instantly try to KO Norrin, without knowledge on him, whereas Norrin would, even out of character; Norrin just destroys the planet and bye bye Zoom.
