Some unknown omnipotent and nefarious deity has decided to deprive Thor (Marvel Comics, Universe 616) of his godhood and has transformed Thor into a regular mortal with the pinnacle of human attributes. Bane has recently lost in a poker game against Batman, which meant that Bane had to leave Gotham City forever, so he decided to flee to New York City. Stressed out and extremely flustered, Bane decided to go vent his anger on some homeless people in Central Park. The unknown deity transported Thor into Central Park, leaving Thor somewhat disoriented. Thor, confused, begins wandering around. Bane runs into Thor, and decides that Thor will become his first victim! Thor sees Bane as an imposing and dangerous figure, both of them get into fighting stances and are about to fight! Bane gets no venom. Does Thor have the hand-to-hand knowledge to defeat Bane? Can Bane defeat Thor, a being who has lived for many centuries in hand-to-hand combat!?!?!
Bane should win, higher physicals. Making Thor peak human makes his many years of training almost useless, due to the fact he trained with much greater stats. he will not be able to over power Bane like he usually does, and trying to go toe to toe with Bane like Thor tries to do with the Hulk will end with a loss for Thor.
In theory Thor should win, but Bane takes this one because of feats.
In theory, Bane could send a couple of his Santa Priscan henchmen to win this fight instead of wasting his time.
In theory Thor could just send a couple of his asgardian brothers to win this fight instead of wasting his time :P
