Thor with Odin Force should be able to defeat Orion with Astro Force... assuming Thor uses the Odin Force to it's full potential.

Interesting...but dont you think being a herald of the Source makes Orion on par with full Odin Force Thor? I mean he was equal to Soulfire Darkside who i would rate above Odin, but i take into account that Thor is younger and much stronger than Odin.

Orion always has the Astro Force (well, except for a brief period where he had the Anti-Life Equation instead). I don't see how this fight is different from just saying OF Thor vs. Orion, which seems like an obvious mismatch to me.

Yes you're right but on occasion he has been allowed to harness a whole lot more of the force which comes from the Source.

OF Thor is a mismatch for AF Orion which is really regular Orion.

OF Thor just over ALE Orion.

Orion with Source powers most likely beats any version of Thor.
