Don't think without the Odinforce Thor can put the doctor down for good.

As long as Thor is holding on to his hammer, no need to breath, fly, and zoom through space without so much as a complaint about the cold.

It would require power and intelligence to beat Manhattan, Thor has the power but I don't think he has the intelligence to back it up
Stalemate or Dr M wins if he can get past Thor's durability

Iceman is the weakest here he can be KO'ed temporarily or teleported away by Thor or Dr M

Dr.Manhattan wins because of his ability to see past,present,and future at the the same time.He would know how fight would end before it even happened.
