It's not that close. Asgardian duo have it all consistent, high level hax (Loki) and consistent, high tier stats (Thor).

Meanwhile the Lantern duo only have INCONSISTENT, high level hax, and nothing else, really. Their top feats are awesome high cosmic level shit, their low feats are embarrassing street level crap. If you try to find a reasonable middle ground for them I guess they are a match for the Thor/Loki tier, but their inconsistency would make it VERY hard to vote for them. Not to mention they run on fuel that can deplete at any moment.

Very close but I'd give it to the brothers. They're just more consistent than the Lanterns.

He can't even lift buildings consistently. I agree that Lanterns get their asses kicked (in fact, Thor can solo), but let's not pretend Thor is much better than them when it comes to consistency.

Hal had the misfortune of encountering a Thor cosplayer that was given the powers of the character he was dressing up as by Felix Faust and got one-shot together with his construct. And in JLA/Avengers, Thor tanked getting blasted by Amazo utilizing Green Lantern's powers, and considering Amazo's green ring is canonically fueled by the combined willpower of the entire JLA, the blast should be >>> Hal's own attacks. And he tanked getting punched by Construct and mind-blasted by Despero too (even though he was taken down by their combined assault shortly after).
