Oh snap, I just realized, are those rock people from the Thor cover the same species as Korg?

Thor.
Even though Iron Man could manipulate the iron in his hammer with the magnets in his armor and shield the hammer away from Thor for 60 seconds so he would convert back into his human persona....Thor could still win because even as a human he could beat Iron Man.
How can Thor lose on comic vine?

@Kallarkz: Because he's not an all-powerful character and people have put forth logical reasons many times before as to how he can be beat? >.>

Anyways.. Stark loses(my inner fanboy is squealing with joy already)

Considering Thor fans' best scans are usually from his classic period, he'd probably win this.

This isn't classic Thor. This is Thor strictly from Journey to Mystery # 83.

So, has anyone actually read the issue in question, as opposed to saying Thor wins because he's Thor?

The best thing Thor did in that comic as far as strength was lift a boulder and break steel bars. Nothing in the league of Iron Man. He did swing his hammer at what he described as the speed of lightning (it may have been since there were afterimages of it depicted in the art; not sure about that though), but he did this in order to fly. Thor was also able to throw his hammer to split a tree in half (not in Stark's league either) and could generate storms by tapping his hammer on the ground a couple times. However, Thor at this time had the weakness of reverting to Don Blake if he is separated from Mjolnir for a minute. He had no durability feats that I remember in this comic either. Overall, Iron Man should win this handily if this is only Thor as seen in his first appearance.
