Don't know, goin through the old JLU episodes refreshing my memory Superman did get stronger since they are the same ( i didnt know a few months ago)  since Animated Superman is the same, and i havent watched Avengers too often. I think thor may have him in strength, but Superman has the speed.

Hrm...when Superman cuts loose like when he beat the sh*t outta Darkseid, he does a lot of damage. Neither of them have any durability whatsoever. Superman never uses his speed in the cartoon.

I say stalemate, they punch each other out.

Thor wins. His magic lightning would basically fry Supes... I'm sure we all remember the Superman/Capt Marvel fight in the "Clash" JLU episode (which was classic btw)...Supes had to turn Capt Marvel back to Billy in order to stop the fight...I don't see why Thor's lightning or godblast wouldn't have the same effect on Supes....Thor wins this

Yeah Thor pretty much beasted his way through season one, he'd either hold back, get pissed and then wail on the villain till they passed out or be MIA and then show up at a crucial point and rain down hell on them. TBH in the Kree and skrull invasions and well as with Galactus he was a walking deus ex machina.

EMH Thor!!! 1.Stoped whole Kree army alone! in "Live Kree or Die" 2.Fought Galactus 1 on 1 for a while, managed to slow him down in "Avengers assemble" ep.

EMH Thor splatters the pavement with JL Superman's brains with a single blow.  Superman was a colossal jobber in the Justice League series who couldn't beat a fly with mean intentions, Thor was an unstoppable death machine even when holding back and annihilated the Kree Army with ease, when Superman struggled with alien forces of similar power.  

Awhile ago, I'd say Superman due to some speed blitzing feats he's shown..but season two Thor was a beast, who took down armies by himself..he wins...although still not in a stomp.

Superman TAS, Justice League = Same Superman.

DCAU Superman frequently got wrecked by weaker lightning than Thor has.

@The Stegman....That's how I remember it. Supes was lying the smackdown on the "rookie" Capt Marvel throughout the fight. As soon as Capt Marvel grabbed Supes and started raining down shazam lightning bolts he was in trouble and had to move Capt Marvel in the way to transform him back to Billy....Fight over....It's one of the best fights that show had thru out it's run imo

Thor. Soloed a Kree army almost, and Skrull. Carried an island. Took a 500 ton hit from Vision and just shrugged it off. Deflected a city-busting beam. Delivered the blow that brought Graviton to his knees. 1v1ed Galactus and didnt get destroyed. EMH Thor was a powerhouse

Thor curbstomps effortlessly. Superman has no chance.
