Thor Corp vs SupermanPrime

No speed attacks and no Odinforce.

Well SMP has no weakness to magic that the Thor corps can exploit.
I doubt that the Thor corps even combined can push planets out of orbit - which SMP can do. This shows his far greater strength and ability to inflict damage.
SMP is far more durable than the current version of Superman and survived an explosion that destroyed an entire DC dimension (he was catapulted through time). The Thor corps team cannot generate anywhere near this level of power.
Putting aside his attacking first (as you request), he can still use his vast speed to attempt to dodge some attacks but this might prove futile.
He could howver use his great speed to keep the Thor Corps on the defensive with super speed (only to swap targets) heat vision blasts. This might ensure that the Thor crps need to keep employing that hammers to absorb / defelct the heat vision.

Prime fought two entire armies of people who were able to wield anything they imagined and yet it wasn't enough, plus the "others" that were K.I.A.

If current Thor could pull off some Odin level feats they COULD win, but for what he has shown so far, SMP wins.
