Thor & Batman vs Superman & Ironman.

Thor and Batman team up to duke it out with Superman and Ironman.

RULES:

-Comic versions of all characters. Regular Thor, and Regular Supes.

-In Character.

-Batman has the Superman fighting suit in DKR.

-Win by defeat.

Round 1: no prep, random encounter in Gotham City.

Round 2: Each team has 2 weeks prep, but Bats has no idea what Tony can do and vice versa, same with the other two.

Round 3: Each team has 2 weeks prep, and all the info they have of the other team.

3, 2, 1, FIGHT!

Dunno how strong the superman suit was.

I need to know before I say, because unless its good.

Ironman can kill bats and "hurt" Thor but bats cant kill IM or hurt Superman.

It really depends how strong the suit is though. But this will most likely just be

Thor vs Supes.

In what way? He may beat out thor, but it isnt like he is going to easily win this. Though that may not be what you mean.

Thor and Batman win the latter 2 rounds. Batman's already sure to have a contingency plan in place for Superman, and assuming Thor can hold him, the real threat would be preparing for Iron Man.

I'm not up to date on whatever bullshit powers Supes has now, but I think Thor's lightning counts as magical, so that should give him an edge.

Supes and Iron Man all 3 rounds

Rd 1 - Team 2. It's a Random Encounter where Batman becomes a Non-Factor. Thor vs. Superman and Iron-Man = Team 2 wins.
Rd 2 - Team 2 - Batman knows how to take Clark out of the game (Kryptonite) but Tony will have Superman suited up in lead lined armor, taking Kryptonite out of play. It becomes Thor vs. Iron-Man (in Thor-Buster Armor) and Superman = Team 2 wins.
Rd 3 - Team 2. Similar to Rd 2.

@dogsoldier88: I agree completely. Though I think R3 will be a lot close than you think.

Round 1: Iron Man takes out Bats before he can pull out his kryptonite ring then tge two proceed to beat thor. However thor puts up a good fight and kills iron man but then supes beats a weakens Thor.

Winners: Supes and Iron Man

Round 2: Thor, w/ prep gets the destroyer armor, the odin sword, and the odin shield from asgard. Then he flies to a black hole and takes the necrosword. Bats makes some armor and upgrades his weapons. Superman sundips for 2 weeks. Ironman brings his extremis armor and makes some new weapons. Thor solos them both(with the necro sword he stomped Galactus)

Round 3: Same outcome, even though iron man gets the thorbuster armor(he still gets stomped)!!!

Iron Man and Superman stomp. Batman is fodder since Iron Man will take him out before he can do anything to Superman. Batman and Thor only have a chance at winning round 3.
