Thor has teleported across dimensions before so I wouldn't put it past him.
Astral plane is more about either magic or telepathy, people often dont teleport out of it. I dont think we have seen Thor teleport in or out of astral plane, its more of a place for Mystics and telepath and Thor doesn thave telepathic abilities.
Also when you talk about astral plane, its often your essence (astral) that is teleported there as opposed to your physical self. Maybe Thor could cry for help against Odin, which he has done a couple of times, the first time he did so because he wanted to time travel and Odin gave him those powers, which were later taken away from him during Avengers Forever.

If thats that case i'm not sure either Thor or Ms Marvel can hurt Shade but there's not much he can do to them so its seems to me its either a stalemate or Shade BFR's them both to the Astral Plane.

If their would be mine, I would just post them. I completly don't know. But his armor is different from times when he had OF.
They are all canon unless it clearly says its not, like say Hercules Mini which takes place in a potential future.
Also Paul Jenkins himself said its canon to the Newsarama, as in he did not say outright its canon but said he has to be careful not to change too much history.

There was a Hercules Mini released in 1982 that consisted of 4 issue, one of the issue involved him getting Galactus drunk O_o :p, those were non-canon as it take places in Earth 1220 at 24th century.
