Thor is definetly the weak link here. Wonder Woman would beat Thor and Mr.Majestic would just use his genius intellect to create a machine to destroy the entire team in about 1 minute.

@YourNeighborhoodComicGeek: Majestic wouldn't even need the machine. He can beat the entire team into submission alone.

You forgot Wonder Woman. (who I am pretty sure can hold off Thor, if not stalemate)

Thor can beat Wonder Woman, although it'll be a tough fight.
