Ras takes this, he has the resources and the skills.

ra's has his own personal army of assassins most these guys wouldnt make it to the fight and the few that do are gonna get beat down

No to mention if by some miracle they do get to Ras, then he still will likely win (except maybe Bane) this is a guy who goes toe to toe with Batman and matches him.

Like I said Bane would likely win hand to hand agains Ras. But if Ras works at full ressources, that won't matter. Ras is coming with an army. Bane would die. One on one sure Bane would win but this is not this battle. This battle is them bringing everything they have and Ras as a lot more then Bane to bring to the table.

Bane takes it, hands down.

It is a pretty ambigious situation though, so I'm saying this assuming that the only participants in the fight will be those people listed (i.e. - no army of assassin ninjas or hitmen for backup).
