This is a High Tier Tournament(Closed)

This is my first Tourney so forgive me If I mess up. It is going to be an 8 spot tournament since I am new.

Guidelines and Rules

No characters above Galactus herals with full power.

Not allowed Abilities: No Reality Warping, or Time Bending

No speed steal for Flash users or speed Blitz for any character

You get to choose 4 members.

No BFR But you can Teleport Members to different places on the Map

No killing with Intangibility but attacking is fine.

Each Character will have standard gear.

How the Tournament's going to go along

Randomly you will be pitted against one another and debates. Debates will last for 2 days at most. After which, the debates will be open for votes by users. User with the most votes wins. The winner will move along to the next round and the losers can come back into the tournament if a spot is available and if they want to.

Batman should win

Wouldn't the new-52 Superman perk be redundant? I mean at most it's just going to give a character flight or frost breath, since most high tier characters have super strength, durability, stamina, speed, etc.

Same with the 10 ton strength perk. There are street levelers with more strength than that. To classify 10 ton strength as high tier would be utterly dubious.

Just an observation.

this is a dubious rule... by this point... anyone who takes silver surfer would have the most strongest character in this tourney by default.. because any other person who says his character can beat this one, would be breaking rule..... i'd say, the limitation should be made as herald tier (as in, a tier or class of power.. not a single character)

@david_autobot you are in to make it fair since you have flash users their top speed is 400 mph. Mirror Master is also very powerful so you can create illusions(limited to 5), Duplication is only 3 and they only have gear you are willing to give to them. You can dimensional travel but can't trap people in Mirror World.You glass gun is limited to one person then it is useless. You can't hypnotize people for longer than 3 seconds. It will take you 20 to recharge.

Gonna pull out unless flashes and mm is heavily nerfed

This tournament looks very interesting. Unfortunately, there are too many spots. I get confused with that many people participating. Woe is me.
