Round 3- Base form Ultimate Humongosaur.

Round 4- No restriction Ult Humongosaur.

@rbt: There's speculation of how powerful Humongosaur gets as he grows. If its not dramatic then he stomps 1 too. If there is a huge dramatic change like (1,000-20,000 tons) flip a coin.
