X men destroy. How could wolverine die? He'd just heal.

SPITE Spiderman Villians god-stomp, while not exact versions, a Mysterio has tricked wolverine into killing the X-men in the past.. this strategy could be employed here as well, Spiderman himself has also solo'd the X-men Venom could get at least do ALOT of work against the team on his own... plus you have 17 other spiderman villians on top of that

Edit: did'nt see Namor he helps quite a bit but it's still a stomp in favor of Spiderman villians.

In general I like the X-men better though, Kitty Pryde and Wolverine are pretty high on my list of favorites and the Spiderman team doesn't even have my favorite Spiderman Villian Kraven, although Silver Sable is a badass...
